Fashion ‘Til I Die! Why? Because I’m a crazy serial entrepreneur at heart, who has a wondering mind; trying to start “million dollar” empires here there and everywhere!! So in Jan 2010, when I finally realised my REAL passion, I made a pledge that I would commit to fashion, until I was no longer breathing!
My name’s Elsina Mensah by the way, and although I’m so very in love with my GORGEOUS, AMAZING little girl Elasia, I’m also dangerously in love with fashion. From a young age, I would sketch dresses and outfits I’d dream of wearing; and no, they were not beautiful cinderella ball gowns, but more practical, wearable designs that were cute, bold and packed with personality.
Fast forward a couple of decades, and I had studied Philosophy, Psychology and Sociology at College and Business Management at University – nope, no Fashion studies! Doh. But it was the year 2009, my most happiest year of my life [as at 2010], when I realised that I had EVERY little thing that I had ever dreamed of as a young girl, and any additions were simply bonuses.
So, it was to hell with all the striving towards being a “millionaire” [for what?] and I began on my journey as a Fashion Designer. No, I did not have any skills prior to making this conscious move, but I did have utter self-belief, passion, excitement and determination!
I bought a sewing machine on Jan 16th [2010], built my website the following week, taught myself how to sew the week after that, and the rest is history!
My advice to you… if you have a dream, make it happen. If you wan’t to get somewhere, get there. Simple.

I am very positive. I constantly remind myself that we only get ONE life, so why not be ecstatically happy throughout? lol I love life, and appreciate the little things like food to eat and a roof over my head. Everything else is just a bonus. xx
